Proper Job Theatre Company is excited to be delivering a two-day Theatrical Biomechanics workshop at Zion Arts Centre on the 17th-18th June. The workshop is aimed at physical performers and will be delivered by Proper Job Director and former protege of Master Gennadi Bogdanov, James Beale. Participants will learn the key elements of Biomechanics including how to:

refine physical control and balance advance rhythmic awareness improvise responsiveness to other performers, audience and external stimuli
Theatrical Biomechanics is a unique and rigorous approach to movement training for physical performers.

The workshop is a rare opportunity to train under the tutelage of one of the foremost teachers of Biomechanics in the UK.

No previous experience of biomechanics is necessary, however, participants should be aware that this course is physically demanding and requires strength and stamina. Participants should wear loose, comfortable clothing.
